Shipping Policy
Our standard delivery timeframe is 30 days from the date your order is processed. For certain products, the delivery timeframe may be extended to a maximum of 60 days. If a product requires this extended timeframe, it will be clearly stated on the specific product page prior to purchase.
We will endeavour to process all orders from Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Orders received on weekends and holidays will be processed the following business days. Orders are processed from Lisbon, Portugal.
Availability of products may vary and cannot be guaranteed. If you have ordered an artwork that is not available or is delayed, we will notify you via email or telephone.
In the case of Open Editions, the editions will be shipped on a first come first served basis and will arrive 30 days after the last day of the release. After the release closes, the prints will be produced, signed and numbered by the artist. We will notify you by email once your edition has shipped.
For the Viewing Room, unique pieces will be processed within 1-2 weeks after the exhibition ends (refer to the Exhibitions calendar here), Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Shipping through Eterno includes standard delivery only, and delivery times will vary depending on the provided address.
You will receive a confirmation email when the order has been dispatched. Please note that our shipments are insured. Portugal and EU residents will pay VAT on their purchases.
For international orders, additional fees may be charged by the companies that provide services for us: TNT for domestic parcels within Portugal and DHL for international
Orders are delivered using TNT and DHL and we put all our efforts into taking good care as they are art items and fragile goods. All artworks will be safely packed, according to the best practices.
